Eligibility

  • 7-day cooling-off period (ECTA) from delivery
  • 6-month CPA warranty for defective goods

Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Return Process

  1. Email support@bleublac.com with your order number and reason
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number
  3. Ship the item with the RA clearly visible
  4. Refund processed after inspection

Refund Details

  • Processed within 14 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Return shipping for non-defective items is customer responsibility

  • Orders before 13:00 SAST prioritized

  • Remote areas: 5–9 days

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: between R50 and R250 nationwide
  • Free shipping on orders over R1,000

Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

  • Two delivery attempts are made
  • Undelivered parcels returned to us
  • R100 restocking fee may apply before reshipment/refund
